It was late 2008 when we first encountered SeventhSwami through his performing with the San Francisco ‘Ambient Mafia’ crew and his mixes at Stilldream Campout and were instantly curious about his auditory offerings.
His latest production, ‘Ghosts’, is as uplifting and beautiful as it is quirky, funky and heart-wrenching. It takes a listener through the gentle depths of ‘I Can Fix Things’, to a melancholy, thoughtful and organic journeys of ‘Lucidity’ & ‘Memories’ into a playful and groovy almost future-garage sounding ‘Subterfuge’ and ends with the epic tear-jerking melodic anthem, ‘The Art Of Letting Go’. This time SeventhSwami leaves no stone unturned and delivers a package that is bound to move you.
His debut album ‘Here For Now’ on Muti Music in 2009 garnered him much respect from accomplished Glitch, Downtempo, World and IDM producers.
