Up and coming Northwest producer Bassobese is capturing the ears and hearts of the West Coast with a fresh new blend of genre-bending bass music.
After six years of producing Hip-Hop and performing alongside acts such as KRS-One, The Wailers, Living Legends, J-Live, The Coup, Blackalicious and Heiroglyphics. Also touring with artists such as Rahzel and Andre Nickatina, Bassobese has shifted frequencies, focusing instead on making music to melt the listeners minds, while simultaneously providing bass to shake the club.
This is how Bassobese has come to craft a unique sound that may very well be a breathe of fresh air to those tired of the monotones of both the Dubstep and  Hip-Hop scenes. His latest album ‘49 NIghts Of Twilight’, is a psychedelic collage of electronic production and samples from old vinyl, seamlessly blended with cutting edge textures and booming bass. The result is a sonic concoction bound to burn up the dance floor, move your heart and full of melodies memorable enough to stay in your playlist for years to come.

After his debut EP ‘The Next Level’ was featured on the Bobby Friction BBC1 Radio Show, playlisted on Laurent Garniers’ world tour, featured on the Beatport Dubstep charts and saw other support from the likes of Bassnectar, Digital Rust and David Starfire, we knew that T.O.B. was just beginning to make his impact with diverse beats experimentation.
On ‘Evolutionary’, Nonku’s lyrics are the perfect accompaniment for the high impact and epic sounds of  T.O.B, his experience in sound design has qualified him to produce breakdowns that have drawn comparisons to the likes of Hybrid and Chase & Status. Since their debut on Muti Music, KETHER has toured the US west coast and dominated the Los Angeles underground warehouse and art music scenes.
Their gigs have included rocking the Do Lab stage at Coachella, playing alongside Tipper and Shpongle and lead time slots at Norcal festivals like Stilldream and Priceless.

Their second release, appropriately titled  ‘Layer Two’ is a blend of Progressive thinking music with hard urban sounds produces a unique fusion of glitched out beats drawing on influences including Minimal, Progressive House, IDM, Dubstep, Breaks and Glitch Hop and also including many ethereal, organic textures that are both melancholy and very beautiful at the same time.
